MapperTool (www.mappertool.com) uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the website and to improve user experience and statistical analysis.

2.3. Behaviour analytics cookies (Hotjar)

MapperTool uses the Hotjar tool to improve user experience. Hotjar records information such as mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, and creates heatmaps of user behaviour.

Hotjar may process personal data such as IP addresses and behavioural data. It is used only after the user’s consent.

2.4. Performance and security cookies (Cloudflare, Firebase)

Cookies from Cloudflare and Google Firebase help to ensure website security, caching and performance optimisation. These cookies guarantee that the site remains reliable and secure.
